Re: Delay self-oscillation problem with Dumbleator

You might be getting feedback through the wet/dry pot. Perhaps try a 250k there.

Re: Hoyt Axton's Dumble for sale in Nashville

Charlie, I've yet to see a picture of what treble cap is supposed to be used with the classic stack, but you might want to try adjusting that also. I've settled on a 270pf there.

Re: Tone stack

You're probably after the classic stack as in the 1984 schematic. You can't use the TSC to simulate it though.

Re: Steel String Singer 002 Build - 60Hz Hum - HELP!

If you're using the heater circuit to power the relay circuit, you need to isolate the relay circuit completely from ground, including the ground return from the pedal jack.

Re: Check this out......

Thanks for this redshark. I'm wondering if you have the value of the treble cap, and does the rock/jazz switch have a center detent? A picture of the pots would be cool also.

Re: Tone stack and volume not working on my AB763

It sounds like you've got your plate resistor to tube socket connections reversed on the first tube, but really, a picture is worth a thousand words.

You can use LTspice, and it does the math...
