you are also missing the 100pf cap in the vol pot. Form the top to the wiper. I think some one suggested going back to the Schems and layout posted on the file sections...Those are right on the money you should take a look at them. On the pre amp board where you have the B+ coming in is the top the ...

you have the Hi-Cut .0047 cap soldered to both 220K. It should be soldered to just one. Is that 33K input resistor doing ground with the chassis?

47uf, the rectifier is another Sgt OD special.... You could also try GEs. I think Dana have those on his amps and he says it sounds great. I liked the Sgt's tubes, they sound very good.
