There is a chance of dissimilar metal corrosion over time . You just need to keep an eye on it

(heyboer) Pacific 7.5k sounds good but different then an express Now the amp sounds close to a real express Their power transformer also has to low a B+ I will install the correct power trans (heyboer) that should make the amp as close to an E...

Actually another good way to bias an amp is to get in a dark room have someone drive the amp hard watch the plates glow red and then back it down just a hair

My original express was 400 v dc b+
With the new pacific power I am only getting 385 v dc B+
Bias set at 46 ma

Also I don’t understand why the power trans is the wrong voltage and does not have a 5volt tap for a rectifier tube that is used on the rocket
The HV taps should be 300-0-300
Not 280-0-280
Very strange to me
