Hi, it's my first post here. Thanks to the posts here, After some struggles I almost finished RK100 clone. It's the first time amp building for me. I added several switches and you can see ugly wirings, haha... I have a real mk50hII, and this clone also sounds very good. It was so fun. I'm thinking...

Interesting project. Can individual switches be turned off, like pedal? So you have radio button option between 4 switches and option to bypass all?

Thanks Mark, the amp has quite a lot of bass. I guess that is normal. Cab is 212 Wgs veteran 30s, open back.
Also I will probably leave reverb tank outside, because it gets noisey when I put in in head cab.

I would go back over the layout/schematic and make sure you have everything wired correctly. You should have nice chimey vox tone with subtle reverb. I usually always play with bright switch on if you have one otherwise it's usually wired to the volume pot by 100pf mica cap. The 500pf treble cap ne...

I have installed reverb in my rocket build, is it me or reverb circuit is changing tone of the amp a lot? The amp is missing high freq and I tried to disconnect 500pF from pin2 of the treboe pot and amp is more bright like it should be, is that normal?

Little update... I have decide to ad reverb to my rocket and yesterday I got parts and I finished it, buuuut.. Just before I connect the amp, chassis fell and rectifier tube is gone. At the first I thought it was just the plastic pin, but it is obvious glass is broken and ofcourse I don't have spare...

B+5 feeds the V1 tube it is the last filter cap in the dropping string.

I have notice labeling is reversed. So just do it like on the layout and use B+5.

I think It is almoust same as everything before he did. Instead clean channel just make plexi channel and that is it. Rest is well known.. So called master volume (fx loop return pot) is now on the front panel, responce is switch instead pot (probably cameron values).. Or you can start with SB50 and...

How important is position of the reverb driver?

Thanks Mark for the help, really appreciate it. I already like the amps "natural reverb", but I want that spring to have as addition.

Also dwell control, yes or no? And mounting reverb on up side of the head, since it is not combo?

I did notice change in the top end, like the amp is sparkling less with z wreck specs. Power supply filtering is parallel at the moment, but again all sound tests were done on low volume I will see if there is change when amp is "cranked".

Hi guys, I am in process of oredering parts for reverb mod to my rocket build. What reverb driver should I use, 3.5w and what type of reverb tank?

I was thinking about reverb driver type and tank type.. Is it ok to just use generic staff, like 3.5w transformer and also reverb types do they effect rest of circuit, so I have to be aware about choices I make with reverb types?
