I went to the ultimate Hammond conversions thread and found nothing on ao39 or ao-35 power amp conversions, any suggestions

Anyone have some thoughts on conversions of AO-39's to power amps with some kind of pre and post volume controls with out changing the tube types of the original circuit? I am embarking on a mission to convert an AO-39 to a dedicated power amp for my rack mount tube amp, I didn't know this thread had been started and inadvertently started another one under technical amp discussions can someone help me out using a schematic Thanks!

Phil _s your just the guy who could shed some light on this conversion topic. This would be nothing for you, you could sleep walk and solve this one. I have two AO-39's I want to convert to power amps for stereo got any ideas? I want to install a volume control on them also.
