Short version first followed with detail: I had a similar issue with a different VOX amp. This was on a Vox AC15C1-TV. I corrected it by replacing the ceramic plate high cut cap on the top boost channel input with a 500V silver mica type. On the AC15C1 this is C16 and is a small 120pf ceramic mounte...
