Re: BE Boards
Hi,
What are you looking to build? I have a Friedman mini PC (think JJ jr. PT20 etc). I've also just completed a 2203/2204/1959/1987 project PCB that would make a great platform for a single channel build.
I'll be posting it to my website in a couple of days.
Cheers
Jason

The OT primary for the pair of 6v6s will be in the 6k6 to 8k range.

Re: JTM 45 clone ghost notes
I've had this issue on a 50w plexi. The mains filter cap was bad - start there.
What's your plate voltage?

Congrats man!!
Awesome to see and hear how your build turned out with my PCB. Nice custom addition putting the clipping diodes on a switch, that's killer!

Re: new high gainer build
Hi studiodunn great looking build! Regarding the pots on the back of the amp are any of them level controls for the fx board? Great boards burger! Cheers Thanks! Not loop related, but I am planning on squeezing a return/MV pot in there. The loop has input level on board and i may move that to a pot...

Re: Wizard MCII
Correct.
I actually used the Classictone 8k JTM45 OT for my MC25, I alrrady had it spare.
It's worked out great for the 6V6 option.

Re: Wizard MCII
Actually, this is the choke I used for the EL34 50 watters.

The 10hy was for the MC25..
That OT is not suitable for a 6V6 pair, you need a much higher primary - more like 8k.
