Hi
I have a line on a good deal for an output transformer without an end bell. Would it be alright to use the transformer without an end bell in an amp build (for a trainwreck) or would I need to find end bells to make them useable?
Thanks
Zach

Re: Silver Mica treble cap problems.
Has anyone tried using Polypropylene capacitor in that position? Seems To be cheaper and more reliable. https://tubedepot.com/products/solen-fast-cap-47f-630v These Solens aren’t much more than the WIMAs and they’re axial, which is better for eyelets or turrets.
