Which style of boards are you after? I have seen a few here making the boards using Garolite in the later style. They look very good and being CNC'd I'm sure are spot on. Vector board is available in usable sizes and can be cut to suit. I guess the question would be are you wanting to use flea clips...

Turned out some black delrin spacers and attached the one between transformers to the O/T bell end cover.

I have a set of boards populated and will need to do the faceplate to finish the front of the chassis. I think the bias circuit will work well. I was planning on making the chassis and transformer "stabilizer" spacers out of delrin so am going to work on that. https://ampgarage.com/forum/download/fi...

I got talked into building an Express circuit for a friend recently. I spent some time preparing for the project and in the interim decided to build one for myself and a third using a bit different setup.
