Isn't that a date code or order number type thing (not quite as specific as a serial number) rather than a circuit designation?

I would be more concerned with someone like Gibson acquiring the trademark/IP and aggressively going after builders of derivative work and clones.

I found Merlin to be much easier to read than Kuenhal when I was first starting out.

I've been wondering this too. I've used them in a couple of amps and really liked them too. I suspect it's due to the shutdown of the Chinese tube manufacturer.

Have you replaced the tremolo tube? It may be worn out if you haven't.

Are most of the resistors in that metal oxide?

Center punch. I like an autopunch. spring loaded, and no hammer required, so you can mark with one hand.

What is it with a jumper instead of a resistor?

Would a drop of thin superglue wick in and fuse that back together, or just cause a mess?

I've gotten a schematic from rivera by asking them. May depend on the support guy you get...

Does it happen with any guitar? How close are the pickups to the 6th string? Hot pickups right up next to the string will cause a warbling/oscillating sound sometimes.

I wired one up from hardware store parts a few years ago. Hit google for "light bulb current limiter"

15K got me to 409VDC on the PI and 301VDC on the preamp circuits, so that's perfect. A 51K on the other node off of the choke got me to 370VDC and 350VDC on the vibrato nodes, also. Still sitting at 500 on B+, which is what my primary filter caps are rated at, so I'll get some 80's in series in ther...

I don't mind waiting. I still have more tolex parts to reglue and black spray paint to clean off of it.
