Newb questions: Who are the "typical retailers"? Is there a parts list handy?

I am converting a bassman based on the specs found here. So far so good, but the OD sound is not very smooth and I have two other issues: 1) A squeal is heard when OD Drive is past 5. Master and OD Level can be at any setting. 2) The sound fizzles and completly dissapates if the Clean level is past ...

Can 250k pots be used instead of 100k for the OD Drive and OD Level? If so any recommendation for the other resistors in series with those pots?

What is the voltage rating on all the extra orange drops in the preamp section? Are they all 600v? What type of cap is the shown in brown and what is their voltage rating?

Better yet, does anyone have a parts list?

I have been working on updating a donated AB165 Bassman head. So far I have replaced all the caps and most of the resistors.
