Re: The Donut Princess Build
Not much luck :) let me be more specific Do you think this simplified arrangement that I sketched would work just as well? I can definitely see some similarities with the Hiwatt 70s PI (attached) which looks simpler. Do you see any merit in adding NFB like the SSS 002 has? I suppose that's easy to t...

Re: The Donut Princess Build
Hi I’m really interested in this PP reverb! This is great work, congrats on the build! The videos are awesome The PP reverb seems less drippy than a standard Fender. On the other hand it is much cleaner, isn’t it? How does it compare with the modified Fender reverb that Dumble uses where he builds i...

Re: SSS Schematics
Got it, thank you Robert!
I had not appreciate that the CF added compression and sustain. Makes a lot more sense now

Re: SSS Schematics
Hello everyone Obviously I’m digging out an old post! Hopefully no one will mind Looking at the SSS #002 schematic.. what is the merit of amplifying the dry and wet signals once more, having them go through a cathode follower, dump a big part of each signal to ground (if I’m not mistaken) then mixin...

Re: Suitable OT?
I’m told 4x6V6 is nicer than 2x6V6. Presumably the same is true for 4x6L6 vs 2x6L6 So if it turns out I like the flavour of 6L6, could I run 4x6L6 if I wanted to with a 50W, 4k OT? With a little bit of power scaling and an attenuator, can it be interesting sonically if the OT gets into saturation? M...

Re: Switchable JFET boost schematic
Thank you!
The dumble 124 schematic makes a lot of sense, just need to figure out the footswitch

Switchable JFET boost schematic
Hello
Was wondering if anyone has a good schematic for a switchable integrated JFET preamp/boost please? Footswitch even better
This preamp is promising but any other JFET circuits helpful

Thanks

Relay channel switching
Hello
Has anyone implemented relay channel switching? Think that’s what is in the London pro.
I would like to be able to choose between channel A, B or A+B combined. Footswitchable better (to the extent it doesn’t add noise).
Thanks
Thomas
