Sorry for late response,Yes all that is routed by the hand. My real job is medicine... so with wood and router in my garage i can realy hang off .... no people, no ringing machines, only cold bear and dog - Chihuahua on carpet. I'm impressed also about how cabinet sounded .

Thanks ,i.m also old -born 66 , side vents improved dispersion from sound-it is mix from open/closed back cabinet .If you play in club an stay beside from cab ,you can hear it also well-front bafle is also angled.

Lot of useful infos ,great ,about bass heavy -on jtm45 build a have reduced post PI caps from 0,1m to some 0,047 with good result.

Thanks for info,I think Mustards (Philips,Bianchi ) are self-healing construction polyester foil cap. and Orange 6ps are polyester fim.so it is worth to try...as let them in junk box

I have found out what is going on -it was bad led on first switch .I replaced led and now amp is working ok.

I have atached picture how the switch is wiring .SW 1 led ist darker ,boost is working normal. Voltages on tip and second ring are 7,93v .I have tested booth switches with signal tester and they are ok Thanks for any help.
