My tweed Bassman does a very nice clean. It does not have the blackface scooped mids that many others like in a clean amp. Tweed clean is full and rich. Gorgeous rich with a stringy overtones that nothing else has. When I crank it the sound goes to full rich blues sound. Mine is in a smaller cabinet...
