The NFB wire to the board will always be connected to the yellow OT wire. When using KT66s you need to change R31 to 100K (see schematic).

You seem to be reading the color code wrong on those blue 5 band resistors. There are numerous places where you used a wrong value. You installed 470,000Ω screen resistors instead of 470Ω. Gotta correct that before the amp will make any joyful sounds.

The blue wire is the bias tap. Check to be sure you get resistance readings from the blue to each red and also the white to confirm.

I usually check the power supply operation before installing the board. That includes plugging in all tubes to be sure all filaments light up. Don't forget to drain those filter caps! Even better, permanently install a 220K 3W resistor across the first filter cap to always drain whenever the amp is ...
