I saw that all the B+ measured high and measured 477v at the 1st node.
Figured I should get the PS voltage in line first. ?

The kind folks at MB sent me the pre-amp schematic and attenuating the boost (actually un-attenuating the normal) was as easy as paralleling a 100k resistor to the 22k that's after the V1a cathode cap. I'm doing some fine tuning on a Satellite head that I'm using as a kind of D-lator/ boost and want to tame or make the boost variable.
