I have already contacted NTE support and they told me that the new productions (item on the right) are the same as those with the blue casing (on the left) but this does not seem to be the case!!

so I buyed MF resistors and received Mox

If you have a good twist AC rail , I suggest to check all the PCB board solder ground joint. And re-adjust your lead dress

IMHO the real D sound comes out of a 100W, ... this low wattage ODS can be a good compromise and useful in small spaces, at home or in small situations.
I have some 100w 6L6 and EL34 100w both, but this 36w I like how it play. 6V6 can be a great tube!!
