I read somewhere that when I want to connect both triodes in parallel (for lower noise) I have to half the value of the plate and cathode resistor. Can the tremolo influence the biasing in this amp when there is no switch connected?

One more question for now.
The jack to connect the tremolo footswitch, should that be a switched jack? (like on the guitar input jacks)
