Ive got a couple transformers that I cant find any info on. Anybody recognize these numbers?

You are correct. They work great, it does seem to be a better jack, but I couldnt hear any difference. I still like them.

My puretone jacks just arrived. They look good. Goin to switch out the jacks in two guitars this weekend and give them a whirl. They look well made, but we will see.

Some can. I think RG has a tutorial on his website about switching out the wafers. It might be at www.geofex.com and look for "the secret life of pots"

What does it mean when one power tube gets much cooler than the other?. When I switch the tubes it stays with the socket.
