I've had long life, good luck and equally good sound, with jjel34l's in my musicman hd65 head with ~700v on the plates. Is it well documented that this is indeed wood grain formica and not just any old lam. turned wrong side up (which somewhat resembles tight grained mahogany)? Hello, "martin manning" has done a very detailed layout of ODS #124 (circa 1984) chassis in the dumble files section, and I believe he was striving for historical accuracy. Those dimensions are 19.5" wide, 8" deep and 2.38" high - if this helps. Ps. best forum on the internet barre none! Many thanks...
