Heyboer also makes a PT with 12V tap for relays so you don't need a second transformer, Arlen is a great guy to work with.
I also get my Dumblator PTs from him.
Thier OTs are also very good.

ODS gutshot from Pinterest
I saw this the other day on Pinterest and thought it was an unusual layout for an ODS. Dumble ODS unknown SN.jpg I noticed there are only seven pots on the front panel, and it looks like the Presence pot is replaced with a switch. Boards are like SSS boards, and the three preamp tubes layout is simi...

Robben Ford's TC 2290 settings
Wanted to see if anyone might have an idea of what Robben's TC 2290 settings were?
I just got the new TC 2290 P and wanted to setup one of the presets to match.
Thanks,
Steve

Re: Gil's #124 updated?
I noticed that the NFB resistor was a Beyschlag resistor, so I decided to try a 2 watt there and I am floored by the results...so much so that I ordered some Iskra to test in the spot where Gil changed his. I have had no luck sourcing Q-Line resistors, might have to go to Lawndale and talk to an old...

Re: JM/Wonderland Contour Pot
Come to think of it , I remember having a similar issue with a JM wonderland when I utilized an electrolytic cap in the negative feedback loop. I just used what I had lying around . I ended up swapping for a film cap and the issue was heavily diminished. I just assumed it was a bad old cap. Thaks f...

Re: JM/Wonderland Contour Pot
Here are some pictures. Took apart and reassembled the .1 caps, 221k resistors and .005 cap and re soldered, still the same fizziness without the Dumblelator, with the Dumblelator in the send/return, Contour works as it should. IMG_0665.JPG IMG_0664.JPG IMG_0663.JPG IMG_0662.JPG IMG_0661.JPG

JM/Wonderland Contour Pot
Starting on a JM/Wonderland 100 watt amp and have seen some posts about the Contour pot and wanted to see if 250KA or 250KL is better for the Contour pot.
Thanks,
Steve
