The molded TRW caps...are they the little tubular brown ones?...or maybe the ones that are shaped similar to the blackface-era blue ajax caps?

They probably sound really bad. If you want, just send em' to me and I'll make sure they're disposed of properly.

Hey, there's just some guitar tones that are simply unobtainable with conventional approaches. These tones require the legendary Sunn beta lead.

Did you notice (in that violent 5 seconds) the tubes redplating?

This almost exact incident happened to me before...a couple of years back...and I'm still sctratching my head over it. Explosions have that effect!

I have had a couple of (not too negative) comments, from the big-eared owner of the 60 I built, concerning the exact issues Komet seems to be addressing with this HD model. A bit more headroom at low-mid volumes, and a little "tightening up" of the low...
