Re: Complete Bluesmaster Layout

I found some errors in front page layout:
- orange connection between Volume and Treble pot should be connected to Treble center lug
- gray connection from R/J switch should be connected to most left lug on treble pot, not center

Re: Equivalent for NTE 452

I couldn't get mine working, it may have been damaged. FETs are very sensitive. I used 2sk30a and it works very good.

Re: Low Plate Classic Layout

Now it looks how i think it should. I wired it same way in my build, but what i noticed wasn't boosting bass and lower mids, rather cutting a bit from highs and upper mids when engaged. Should it work that way? I always play with jazz/rock switch in position with treble pot connected via cap to grou...

Re: Low Plate Classic Layout

So when deep switch is "on" (switch is in upper position at front panel) it is actually off? And vice versa - when mod is off (switch in down position at front panel) there is connection between 270K through resistors and cap to ground?

solder these 300pF from anode to cathode, not to screen

OD section problem

Hi. I've got strange problem with OD section in my dumble inspired build. When I turn normal and OD gain pots all the way up and normal and OD master leave at "0" i can still hear guitar sound form speaker. I thought it was bad relay, so i replaced it (it's wired as shown in #124 thread). Then i've ...
