Funny you should bring this up! Attached is a schematic for the amp that I just finished with a choke input and loosely based on the rocket. I used the rocket topology but with a Liverpool tonestack and a 5879 pentode for the second stage. The amp sounds great!

I'm thinking about adding send and return jacks between the tone stack and the PI. Is this a good idea? I thought I would experiment with that and possibly build some sort of d'lator down the road.

I'm attaching a schematic for the GA15-RVT that I drew after tracing the circuit of one of these that I was repairing. It was drawn with express schematic. The schematic that is commonly available on the internet was not even close to the actual circuit. Hope this helps.
