Hey Fischerman,
Great Job! I've been thinking about doing just that. Could you please post more pix and clips?
Have you played it enough already?

Re: Trainwreck vs. Alessandro
OK Guys, here's the deal. I used to play with a weekend warriors type of band, and I'll never forget the first time I cranked the BH up! Unfortunately now I live in an apartment, am happilly married with two kids, you get the picture - there simply isn't any space in my life right now for that kind ...

Re: Trainwrecks with EV's anyone?
Hey lastwinj, Great clip!!! I have tried my Alessandro with an EV speaker, and let me say, I wasn't disappointed when I heard your clip. I mean, great sound - the cleans are clean, and the dirt is also very good. I've always found EV's to be very good speakers all around, even though some people say...

Can you help me out? Amp down.
Hello everyone, Just the other day I was playing my Bloodhound and it went dead on me. I've been depressed ever since. I took it to a local tech and he told me the PT is blown, but I have my doubts. (Just to clarify, I'm definitely a non-tech kind of guy). When it went down there was a burning smell...

Re: Trainwreck vs. Alessandro
P.S. I forgot to say why I'm asking these questions. I've been thinking of either building a Wreck clone or having someone like Paul Ruby build it for me. I just would like to know if I would end up with two very similar sounding amps.

Trainwrecks with EV's anyone?
Hello, They say that tone is in the ear of the beholder, so I feel entitled to say that I really like the combination of my Alessandro Bloodhound with an EV12L speaker (in an older closed back Mesa 1X12). I really think it makes the amp shine, besides it can eat anything the Bloodhound throws at it,...

Re: Trainwreck vs. Alessandro
Thank you guys, The thing I like most about my Bloodhound is that I sometimes "forget" I have an amp. I can totally concentrate on my playing once the amp is set the way I like (which by now is very quick). It reacts very well to picking dynamics, pickup selection, the guitar's volume pot etc. New l...

Trainwreck vs. Alessandro
Hello everyone,
I'm new to the forum. I've been lurking for some time now, and I'd like to know if anyone here has ever done any kind of A/B test between a Wreck (clone or original) and an Alessandro Bloodhound.
Thank you all.
P.S. I love this forum!
