A) series caps in power supply , not parallel

B) f&t caps in most circuits are grainy and annoying on the ears .

C) as evidenced by your experience , the differences between 220 and 100 uf caps is quite significant . Congratulations, you aren’t numb to the changes

:mrgreen: Careful , can’t talk too loud about how koa resistors sound without starting a debate … I like modern Dales on the plates . Bright yes but they feel bouncy and easy to play . I like to put them in just the overdrive portion of the circuit alone , or just v1, or both depending on the target...

Ok Im going to do some reading 470k resistor is a typo it should read 470 just as you mentioned. I really don't know what the 2k7 resistor on the board does but thats how the original layout was wired. Should mention that there's only one input on the amp. https://robrobinette.com/How_Amps_Work.htm
