Yeah, finally.
Good news.

Express/Reverb
Hello,
I want to implement a LND150 Reverb into ma Express clone.
Where would be the best place? Direct in front of PI, with a second 0,022nF coupler?
So: 3rd stage out -0,022nF -reverb-0,022nF (PI in)
Best

260v. Loaded rectified voltage is stated at 324v. Did you All notice the OT is offset of centerline from the PT? He apparently did this on purpose? I am playing with transformers on the bench top to see if this will cause a hum... stay tuned. quote] Hi, I guess a simple reason: he used some holes f...

Johnnyreece,
may I give you a small tip: put the grounding of the bias (2x1 Ohm) to the power amp grounding point, or bias circuit grounding point. Will be much more quiet.

Re: Express Tone Stack Grounding
Hi,
I agree with this grounding schem, but the power cord green/yellow wire should be always separate grounded, close to inlet and very proper. This one should be always the only and last one which lost his contact to chassis. Your life can hang on this connection.

Hi,
may I ask, from what kind of Master we are talking with the DLM? Where is it located? Is there any schem about orig. DLM?

Re: My First Express Board
Hi, I built the 1st tube system (V1b) like the Komet (2k7/0,68µF) and use the place for the bright switch for a fast/gradual switch. But don´t want miss a bright option, so there is a 220p permanent at volume pot. A push n pull pot could be an option, but I don´t like their behaviour and they tend t...

Re: My First Express Board
Hello,
beautiful boards.
But please check values and connections of the first 3 component!
The first cap and resistor are parallel, means both sides are tied together, but not with the big 0,47µf tube side - why such big? Shouldn´t be there something like 0,02µf?
