Re: Kleinulator owners
Could someone tell me what type of capacitors (nf and pf) is used in the kleinulator? brand? voltage? type? any specific mouser part number??
I would appreciate it. I guess these are the same type used in pedals I guess?

Re: Brown Note D'Lite 22 (First Build w/Pix)
with the stock d'lite, what kind of plate voltage are you getting on the 5881's?
I can get 436v using 6V6's, would the voltage drop by putting the 5881's?

Re: Criticality of filter cap values
How about the series caps on the fist stage? can they be replaced by a single 50uF cap? say 500v, and if so, what resistor value should be used?

AES (tubesandmore) has the Marshall 3 position volt selector for 110,220, 230, if that helps

Ditto, just because you can find the white house's phone number on the phone book doesn't mean that you have to call just for the sake of it.
Please be serious about this matter. Just like we all (or at least most) hate telemarketers on the phone or knocking on our doors.
Sorry if I started the fire

Re: Considering Brown Note D'Lite 22 Build
I understand that the chassis is being designed around the originals, but would it be beneficial to have a stand-up PT instead of a lay-down PT so we can use the area right above it?
Just a thought.

Funny and interesting, but doing a search on the verizon white pages there is only one listing in CA for a person named Howard A Dumble.

Re: Using the passive loop
Stelligan, have you tried that? it seems nice, better than having the passive efx loop in the d'lite. And since this is moslty for solid state efx anyways, then it makes more sense to me. True by-pass.
If someone has any feedback on this please let us know
Thanks

Re: Using the passive loop
I have also seen on some website (can't remember which) a pair of SS circuit modules that plugs right onto the passive efx loop. Somebody also mentioned it on this forum I believe. That would be an alternative to the d-lator if you don't mind commiting heressy using SS. If somebody has luck with it ...

Re: Just put 6L6's in my D'Lite
In regards to the relays, I used 5v relays off the 6.3v supply and they work fine. I can even put led's. Is there an advantage of going with 12v relays?

I believe both schematics are different. The first one shows the B+ voltage applied to S, and the second one shows the B+ voltage applied to D. Which one is correct?

Reverb Tank question, need help
I have a reverb tank designed to be mounted flat with the springs looking down. Does anyone know what to do to the reverb tank to be able to be mounted vertically? like on the front side of the amp head ? It just won't fit if I mount it flat at the bottom. The reverb type is accutronics 8AB2A1B, sho...

Re: Impedance selector switch
For those interested in the Marshall style of impedance switch (which I like a lot because it is hard to change impedance by accident). AES has them for about $17, which is far less than the normal $30 price on some other stores. I've used it in a couple of low power amps, but I don't know what the ...
