Here are a couple pics of the relays I designed and sold. The amp pic is a D'Lite I built for a customer.
The FWB and the extra LEDs (use 'em if you need 'em) can be seen.

grangeramp/relay_switch_board
I think this guy is still selling these relay boards that I designed and sold a few years back. 3 relays and a FWB supply on a single board,..or the board perforations can be "snapped" into separate units (each have dual mounting holes.) I have used these on a couple of DLites with no problems. Chec...

I'm sure it a generation thing, but I think their music still sounds good. A little attitude, good arrangements, front man, and writers.

Just another Loop
I used this loop (which was shown as a Dumble circuit on this site in the mid 2000s.) Love it,...plenty of gain, and it works great as a master vol also.

bad parts
I've found that that the 91k (or maybe the 9.1k) resistor in the PI was always the trouble in these amps. I don't know if they were from a hugely bad batch, or they were under-rated. Also a lot of times Q1 is bad. I don't remember fixing anything else on these amps except bad traces on that shitty P...

Phones
I'm just old and cranky!!! Don't want a phone that's a computer or a bunch of crappy apps to turn it into a computer. I've got a $30 per month Virgin Mobile account with a $16 Samsung phone. Not fancy, but has reception about as good as any.

Re: Anybody With A Mac Computer……...
Thanks Xtian, I thought I'd get clobbered on this. The only good thing I can say about MS and Gates, is that he is giving away (and getting additional donors) billions of dollars to help conditions in 3rd world countries.
Bless him for that,...fuck him for his half assed products.

Re: Anybody With A Mac Computer……...
I spent ~ $100-150 on a used PC and use ExpressPCB. The software is very easy to use with a good number of pre drawn parts. Additionally there are a lot of custom icons on the web you can copy, and the software is free. Then use your Mac for all your computing. The last MS software that was trouble ...

Re: Premier 90 Reverb Clone HUM
Don't know if this will help. On the first amp I built from scratch, a 40 watt copy of an American Vox, everything worked fine, but there was a loud hum. I grabbed an insulated screwdriver to tap on the the components to see if something was loose. But, I noticed as I moved the tool near one spot on...

Re: To Peavey, or not to Peavey...
I had a shop from '85 to '95, and had good relations with the top manufacturers. It made it a lot easier to get the correct parts and schematics, but at that time they didn't sell parts to anyone but their certified shops (pre internet days). As I remember costs were usually 1/2 of retail, so you co...

Not sure
It doesn't appear to me that any of the connections will give you a 120VAC operating voltage. I purchased a Groove Tubes amp on Ebay a while back that has European mains. I did a quick search for a EU to USA converter, and if memory serves it was only $10-15. Cheap and easy,.. with no chance of burn...

Re: Bell Carillon 35
he owner told me last week he'd like an amp that he can play clean, and really hammer it for some growl. I built an amp in '06 using a Fender TFL Dual Showman Reverb, which does this perfectly, (Trainwreck pre, Dumble OD, Original Dumble loop, and the original Tube Rectifier and Trannys.) The tube c...

Kinda on point !!
While we're on active EQ,...... I've got a Bell Carrillion 35 PA amp a buddy wants me to convert to a guitar amp. it's got three hi-Z mic inputs, each going to a 12AX7 gain stage. To achieve maximum signal, I intend to wire these in parallel. At this point all the signal caps (one before and one aft...
