I know this is not answering your question but my advice is to check the pricing from mouser & allied in the US

I also was going to purchase components in europe and even with import duty, VAT and shipping Mouser & Allied were significantly less expensive

strato, Biasing is easy, if you built the amp you can bias it, there is loads of bias info here and in Rons guide. A separate tool is not necessary. Just for the heck of it lewilson, try loosing the 50pf plate to plate cap at the PI and see what happens. I dunno personally.
