Re: Do any of you use the D type amp/speakers for non-jazz?
Thanks, Bob. I'll check it out. I'm waiting for my D'lite bluemonkey to show up so I can put it together, and the clips / youtube videos I've checked were, for the most part, really good sounding, but I just don't have Carlton/Ford sounds in my head... Thanks for the post. Bob Simpson p.s. Bob, I di...

Do any of you use the D type amp/speakers for non-jazz?
I love all the clips, and the amp/speakers sound really great for the jazzy stuff, but I'll probably never play that style. I just kind of chip at blues and rock, and while I think the amp style will work for me, I'm a little concerned about the dearth of clips representing other styles. Maybe I've ...

Re: D'Lite Blue Monkey?
Are the reverb controls on the back of the amp? How is the reverb set up? Is it the reverb send amp, reverb return amp, and mix circuit, where the reverb volume is coupled with the od level, like in the odsr, or uncoupled like in the old odr's , or is it just standard old fender? Thanks for any inf...

Re: D'Lite Blue Monkey?
Has anyone built the Blue Monkey kit? It look like a really interesting amp with a lot of options. It sounds like my kind of D style amp. I'd be curious to hear more about it. Hi Mark. I don't think anyone has built one yet, because I think I ordered the first kit, and I haven't gotten it yet. Come...

Re: Faceplates...
Thank you for the layouts.
I guess what I was trying to learn was how to physically create
a faceplate.
I'll check the sites that do that.

Faceplates...
How do I create a faceplate/backplate to overlay the holes in a Bassman chassis?
I'd like to come up with a "pro" look, but
haven't the foggiest how to go about a 'one off'
faceplate.
Any help?
