nice job on the turret board - I've done a few myself, once you get it sorted they're pretty easy to do. I'm looking forward to watching this, as it's on my radar as well!

I too have had great results with their transformers. I have a JTM50 based build with a set going now, and two other diferent projects scheduled after that. I'd love to try their TW iron for my rocket build. Good product, good folks - just wish I could get a dealer account as I do with other compani...

I built one of the HF with nuts amps a ways back. I loved it, a great sounding amp. Similar to my 6g3 - love em both. I was thinking about building another, but I have too many as is! Paired with a 2x12 filled with cannabis rex (cannabi?), it was just a great sounding rig.

back when I worked for music stores and was more involved in the industry, I attended a few NAMM shows here in Chicago and in Atlanta. I'll never forget playing for Rick Derringer, who was very kind. I enjoyed close sessions with Steve Morse, Steve Vai, and a killer quartet of Jeff Berlin, Terry Boz...

if you find anything on the Royale, I'm interested as well. I've been kicking around a number of designs, but the Club Royale seems to hit all the right buttons for me.

Not trying to revive an old thread, but I wanted to add my thanks to those discussing the Club Royale and the iterations. I've found this discussion very helpful. I'm exploring 18 watt/Vox marriages and am seriously considering doing a Club Royale. Well, that and 5 other things. ;^}
