Re: Komet's Concorde

Hello,

I found no problems in other KT66 amps with 450V-475V plate voltage.
It's amazing what a good KT66 can do with amps.
I must have a soundclip from one of my express clones somewhere.
I post it as soon I can find it.

Re: Komet's Concorde

What do you guys think?

Re: Komet's Concorde

Hello,

Anyone here tried to build a KT66 or 6550 Concorde or Express clone. If so what is the result. I want to build one with just a little more clean headroom.

Kind regards,

Henk

TW express

Hello,

I 'am building a Express (KT66) right now and I 'am thinking about using
a OEI pexi OT for it. Is this a good choice or are there better OT's for it.

Kind regards,

Henk
