I wired mine the other way, instead of the 3rd leg left unterminated I connected it to the wiper.

Chris, I built a 50W "tweaked" D'lite using some custom Heyboer trannies. The PT is 700V@300mA and depending upon which brand of 6L6's, it varies from about 465-475 volts on the plates with 500 ohm screen and 300 ohm choke resistor. As far as I know it was the real deal. It had been listed for over a month, that was the second reduced price listing as the first listing was 52K/57K BIN.

Unlike, the one listed about 2.5 months ago this guy wasn't answering questions from the "chain yankers".
