8 pin tube broken key way

I have seen somewhere before an adapter you can use on an 8 pin tube when the center key way has been broken off. Does anyone know what the piece I am looking for is called and where I can get about 4 of them.

Thanks Cliff. Do you happen to know what cap number that is? C??? on the Express schematic and is that between stage 2 and stage 3 I have to describe this somebody else and i don't want to leave any room for error.

This is Phil posting for my father Marlon(mcrracer). My dad needs to know what the circuit designation is for the Coupling capacitor that Ken sometimes paralleled in the Express. Also what was the value? My dad has used this option before but can't remember the details and he can't see the schematic...
