Does anyone know the mounting centers for a Twin Reverb chassis?

I'm looking online I think it's 23.75" x 5" with the front mounts set back 1.625" from the front edge of the chassis

Why the 4M7 to ground at the PI entrance? Wouldn’t that just attenuate the entire amp? Or is there a need for a ground reference?

Not much to the loop wiring in these, it either connects or it doesn’t.

The trick I use is to rough the back of the pots with sandpaper, clean with alcohol, then I use a rosin flux pen on the back of the pots and tin with Kester 44 solder (which is also loaded with flux).
