I don't get using a ODS amp for Bass ??? I used my low plate classic 100 watt ODS last weekend at a gig sounded great with the Dumbelator.

For Bass I have a Eden World Tour 800C bridged 880 watts RMS at 8 ohms

You need a sign wave I use a Hewlett Packard 3312A Function Generator with my Oscilloscope.

I built a low plate with a Drake 1202-132 OPT way to loud but it does sound like the MM sound clips posted.

HI Chris. My modified 5E3 builds with a Celestion made in England Rocket speakers way to loud not at the amp but 20-25' away from the amp. Keith our sound man measured the DB I was running a pair of 5E3 Keith claimed I was running 140 DB 25-30' away from the amp's. My volume was set at 4 both amps. ...

My question is on the power transformer is it a type 1 130 watt MM. I serviced and rebuilt a 1975 MM 130 it had the type 2 power transformer
I did not see the extra filament winding's on the type 2. That said the type 2 MM 130 did nail the Johnny Winter sound.
