Z Wreck

Mark,

Switch on the back to switch between two secondary voltages like 250 or 280??
Any real difference between the two?

Beauty of an amp/cab!!

Tea Party

I have the Tea Party Concerts and they are worth every penny.
You can tell he's feeling every note he plays. Awesome...

Don't know why he wasn't as big as Clapton cause he sure could play as good.

Enjoy!

Fowler Wreck

Mark,

Looks awesome!

Did you tame down the first stage with a 100K instead of a 220K on V1 of the rocket? For a little less gain there?

Or maybe on the V2 stage where the Z-Wreck has a 220K?

Or maybe both??

Thanks....

Mick

Bad Co was Mick Ralphs from Mott the Hoople. He also has great timing and vibrato. You can sing his solos they are so melodic. Love that guy too.

I just heard "Remember" from Fire and Water this morning on sirius radio. What nice vibrato and bend and release technique Kossoff had. Great song!

Re: Module preamps

Guys, But don't you really wanna be switching between 6V6's and EL34's or EL84's not just preamp configurations? Isn't really swapping output tubes that'll change your tone? I'm thinking like Eric Johnson does with an amp/pedal combo for each sound you're after. BF Fender for cleans and two differen...

Re: Amp chassis cradles?

Very nice! Are those custom made parts?
I think you could build a similar jig with 80-20 parts.

Amp Modules

Guys

Seymour Duncan built an amp like this where there were different modules you plug in for the pre and power sections. I saw it in the Guitar mags. The "Convertible"
