Speaking of how to wire up an EZ80/81 when your PT doesn't have two 6.3V secondaries: is it really that bad to wire up the heaters of the rectifier in parallel with the heaters of the other tubes? The instrument has a pleasing warm full tone.

Both players are good, I was particularly entertained by the guy with the thumb pick.

Why can't I find any .033uF/400 caps in Mallory 150's, Orange Drop's, or Sozo's? I remember about five years ago they seemed to disappear from production but never heard the reason why. You can probably find that value in Mullard Mustard caps on eBay...
