23/33 Tranny switch
I have a tranny switch on my D'lite build. I am confused about how the on/on switch works to select the winding. I used a six tab switch with the winding pairs on either side of the switch and the runs to the tubes in middle. Brown & Brown/white on one side and Blue blue/white on the other side with...

D'Lite and NKK & bias move
Any advice on NKK swap and bias move. Do I need to clear the paint under the new bias pot location ? On the NKK ohm switch is it advisable to re-drill the small keep hole so that the switch does not rotate ?
Thanks Ange

More insight into Dumble design
I am trying to get a better handle on the language used here and where it stems from. V1A at pin P6 seems illogical except that it was a function of Dumble's ideas on Gain theory. I would like to know more about how Cascading gain works.

Raised caps on main board
I notice on some builds and in the " amp garage " moniker photo that the caps are set on an elevated plain above the resistors. is there any advantage to this mode of building?? Does it make tweaking more accessible.

Avoiding shock - 5 cardinal rules
I am just beginning and while I have been shocked ( not by an amp ), I would like to now hear what the seasoned builders do to avoid shock.

brass
Why do you suppose some ( Glasswerks ) are using brass at the buss bar with such low conductivity.
