This BOM seems to be short on a few resistors:
470k, 3W x 1 283-470k-RC
10k, 1W x 1 281-10k-RC
1M, 1/2W x 3 293-1M-RC
might work. not sure how to designate the 1M's.
fwiw, I'd go for 512-UF4007 x 13 on the diodes, and what's with the 1/8W fuses and the 2k 1/2W ?

Re: HERESY???
I had a conversation a few years back with Joe Gagan - an ampage guy. He received KF's advice on his product line. Paraphrasing, the advice was, "Don't get into modifying and tweaking for individuals. You end up with units that look the same, but aren't. When the next guy says, 'wow I heard one and ...

Do you mean while it's red-plating? It's not going to read anything with the tubes out.robkeeler wrote:I'm not getting any reading actually. I think it is so high my Weber Bias Rite won't read it.

Re: Does Anyone Else NOT use the Clean Master?
Question: Some of the schematics show a Clean Master and some show an overall Master. Is the overall MV wrong?

Re: Silkscreening request
That's probably not a problem. I was building it with an impedance selector in one of the holes...don't recall which. Are the hole placements different?

Re: Silkscreening request
Thanks for the offers. My time frame would be fine at 3 to 6 months or more. I was looking to put mine in with a batch someone was already doing, not a one-off. I don't want to push anyone's schedule up, back, or sideways :? . I have a hybrid-A type thing shoved into my '83 Concert, so I'm not Odiou...

Silkscreening request
I have one of Graydon's early ODS chassis. It doesn't have any silkscreening on it, front or rear. Is any one of you who does these, willing to have mine screened the next time you do a run? Whatever is fair, money-wise. I'm in the US. Thanks.

Robben Ford tone...
I'm not sure how many people have seen Rob Livesey's story about meeting Robben Ford. There's some critical info on his tone, since everyone wants it, right  ? Almost at the end, Robben says he rarely uses the OD. http://www.ma.umist.ac.uk/rl/amps/Dumble/Robben/Robben%20Jazz%20Cafe%202002.doc...

Re: Which O.T.
For a new 50W build, use either a 50W Plexi OT for EL-34s or a good 40W Fender 2/4/8 universal OT for 6L6s. I suggest the Allen TO2/4/8.
