I have one of these babies.... very cool tremolo on it. Its the amp in case deal. I have actually driven a 4x12 cab that was reset to 4ohms..... until a sweetish smell started floating. Bus bar w/ copper rod
Can a solid copper rod be used in place of a stripped bus bar wire?? I would select an appropriate diameter.

wire gauge on builds
My understanding is that 18 gauge for the tranny an power then after that 20 or 22 is fine. Do builders prefer the smaller gauge on your builds??

Could you help a very inexperienced builder understand the proper methods to discharge the caps on an amp after power up. Also, what are the proper methods to probe a live amp for voltages.
