In general, there should be no problem. Leo ran 5881's in the good ol' 5F6-A at over 400V with no problem.

All medium and large octals can run at 500V plate, provided that screens are held tight and that max dissipation isn't exceeded. Even small 6V6GTs are really happy with 450+ volts!

25uF 50V is sort of a standard value for Fender in conjunction with the 250 Ohm bias resistor. All the models I've seen and used come from Marvel Electric/Magnetic Components.

Looks like there are 2 types of 50 watt, 40-18009 and 40-18001 both 4/8/16 ohm not sure what the difference is.

Same xformer, different laminations: standard M19 for the 18009, low loss M6 for the 18001.
