Its probably 12ax7 first stage and cathodyne,12au7 as buffer/amplifier to the power tubes control grids.

i use Sprint layout,with Crossover.
super easy to use and inexpensive,runs smoothly without the hassle of starting a complete emulation machine that sucks all your resources.

it also depends on OT,those pro were wimpy iirc.
285v plates at max power sounds like that,not to mention filtering,old and low value caps don't help.

What are the voltages on the grid pins (2 and 7) of the first two tubes? Notice that the anode voltages on the tubes you labeled V1, V2, and V3 are all just 1 volt lower than the supply voltage at D.
