Not that I disagree, but how do you feel about people paying hundreds of thousands for a 59 LP? These toys aren't priced for ordinary people anymore, and they certainly aren't priced based upon their utility value. They are like works of fine art now - priced due to rarity. And they will only get more expensive as time goes on.

* idiots who bought their Mrs a diamond ring?
* idiots who spend more than $20 on a bottle of wine
* idiots who buy cars new instead of nearly-new

* anyone who ever bet a penny

Depends on your tax bracket.
So the 'idiot' that's earning mega bucks needs a 'tool of the trade' tax deduction (and investment). The other idiots have to build their own.

If one has lots of disposable money, then it would be cool to buy it. If one is a regular person mortgaging their house for it, then one would be an idiot. I wish he would have posted pics of the guts!
