How are the nameplates made? Serigraphy?

The faceplates were made by an engraver with back fill letters. I can't mention who online...we want to avoid "baseless" cease and desist letters!

In fact, everybody involved on this project were "local" unknowns for that reason. I have a few extras if you need some.
