Thanks guys. Thats Flame Maple Mikey 3/4, finger jointed , spalted on the front. Im gonna build some more of these cabs as I've got some really nice curly maple in the barn. And of course build some more wrecks to put in them. Think I'll do wood faceplates on the next ones also.

Yea Im home recoverying from a bad car wreck,Thank God I had a rj rocket kit to keep me from going crazy.Im able to get to the downstairs and sit and work on it every day.I love it!!I reallylike your faceplates,Got to ask whats the scoop on those!That wood and faceplate combo is the nicest Ive ever seen,Mikey
