I 'am building a Express (KT66) right now and I 'am thinking about using
a OEI pexi OT for it. Is this a good choice or are there better OT's for it.

Check with Chris Moore. He has Express Trannys at a good price. His name on the forums is Moose. I got 2 of them 
and they look like good quality. I'm in the middle of my build, so, I haven't heard them. I will post my results and pics.
