... Fender?

Just curious as I've only heard lead clips.

I wouldn't say it's like a Fender, but every bit as good. One of the first guys that played my clone (he's an incredible player and makes his living in the studio and playing live with a variey of artists/styles) said "Wow! Tone controls that work!" He particularly liked the frequency centers of the controls.

I don't think the Express sounds like a Fender though my basis for comparision is a brown face Fender Bandmaster, and it is everything the Express isn't.

The Express is quite a bright amp, so perhaps it sounds like a bright Fender amp. I can't say that I have ever owned a bright Fender amp.

I don't think the Express is really about clean tones, thats my take on it all.

Go to the Komet page. All of the clips sound very similar to my TWreck clone.
