I'll sell you some of this for 4 bucks. It's not the same stuff that was used in real wrecks but it's close. It's a bit thinner and is not long enough to make a real wreck board. It's only 8" long x 3.75" and like 1/16" thick but the hole pattern is the same.

the 2nd .0022 across the .0022 coupling cap gives the sensation of added bottom end.... In mine - I installed a 3 way switch in between V1 and v2
I call it a voicing switch - in the middle position, the added cap is out of the circuit -
to the right, it adds a .0022, to the left it adds a .0047
the additional caps give the amp considerable more bottom end.

JM said that it actually prevents upper frequencies from passing, but you can truly hear a bottom boost when you engage the switch.

I like the .0022 on with hum buckers, - .0047 is great to put some bottom to a thin strat(especially if you are playing clean) -

i believe the 0022 is stock on Liverpools - but don't quote me on that.
i did it because i loved the thick sound of Ingrid on Dan Boul's video - - but then realized that he sounds like Dan Boul with any amp - not just the trainwreck - but i am glad I tried it... for those that think the Express is too bright, or mid rangy, this is an easy thing to try
